CHAMPS Practice Hours (July 25 - July 28)

Times to be Determined

SUPERVISON AND PRACTICE SIGN-OUTS: Children 12- 15 years of age may come to the pool unaccompanied by an adult regardless of swimming ability. The Pool Committee has the right to rescind this privilege.

Members of age 16 years old or older (children of homeowners) may bring a maximum of 2 guests per member with a maximum of 4 guests per family per visit. Caregivers for residents who use the pool that are not residents themselves will be required to possess a caregiver pass and only work for 1 family at a time per visit.

This rule implies that Children under 11 should be supervised by a parent or may be supervised by a guardian 16 or older.

Swim Team Afternoon Sign-In Procedure:
1) If you are a swimmer 11 or younger you must have a parent or guardian sign you in as well as STAY at the pool with the swimmer.
2) If you are a swimmer 12 or older you must sign yourself in with the lead coach.

The lead coach will have a clipboard for you to sign-in on.

Please be reminded you MAY drop off you children for morning practice as all coaches are there and there are not supervision issues with blending swim team members and others. It is still preferred if possible for your swimmers to come to morning practice. There will NOT be "Fun Day Practices" in the afternoon practices on those days.

REMINDER: Pool rules state that no one is allowed to be in the pool during practice hours when the pool is not open to the public.  There are no life guards on duty at this time, so children and adults are NOT ALLOWED in the pool during these times. This affects both afternoon and morning practices during summer vacation.

If you need to know when your child will swim, check out this meet schedule!
